Costco has the Jumpstart Advanced Preschool world 4 CD set for $19.99 with a $19.99 Rebate which makes it free.
If you are not a member of Costco, you can still get the deal but you will have to pay an extra $1 non-member fee.
Members can submit the rebate online at Costco rebate center while non-members have to mail it in using this form.
Note: Both members and non-members have to pay an extra $1.68 for tax
