The bread turned out moist and heavenly and tasted almost like a banana bread. Needless to say, my mission was successful.

Avocado-walnut bread recipe
Dry ingredients:
1 Cup of white flour
1 Cup of whole wheat flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/4 Cup of brown sugar
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Salt
Wet Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 Cup of yogurt
One large avocado mashed
2 Tbsp of coconut oil (you can use canola oil but coconut oil is healthier)
1 Cup of walnuts
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the other bowl then mix.
- Pour in a greased loaf pan then bake for 30-45 mins

Notes
This is a yummy recipe for an Avocado bread. Even though Avocados are used in the bread, it tastes just like a Banana bread but healthier :)
