Recently, I decided to tackle that problem so I don't have to redo her clothes drawer each time I am looking for a shirt for her.
Below is an outline of how I organized her drawer:
TOP DRAWER:
The top drawer was mainly for underwear, undershirts, socks, hats, etc..
SHIRT DRAWER:
I separated them into T-shirts, long sleeve shirts, short sleeve shirts, and pyjamas then folded them and put them back standing up; as you will see in the pictures below, then coordinated them by color.
PANTS DRAWER:
The pants drawer was easy. I separated them into pants, shorts, and skirts, then I placed them on top of each other by folding them shorter each time so it is easier to find what I needed.
I hope that you find this helpful and encouraging to solve the kids drawer dilemma:)
Here is a great video on how to fold the clothes and organize the drawer.
Did you recently organize your children's closet or clothes drawer? Send it to me @ isavvymom@hotmail.com . I would love to post them on my blog
