Lunch:
MacNCheese, Carrots, and Apples
Hard-boiled eggs, rice, Grapes, and apples
Turkey Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, spinach, and peas
Quinoa, steamed broccoli and carrots, and grapes
Rice and beans with chopped tomatoes and lettuce
Leftovers
Dinners:
Whole wheat Greek Orzo Pasta salad over spinach
Tortellini salad with roasted red peppers, tomatoes, and eggplant
Lentil Soup, homemade bread, salad
Baked Tilapia, couscous, and salad
Salad Nicoise (I will make it with canned tuna in Olive oil instead of seared Tuna)
Green with Goodness
Pizza and salad
Snacks:
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Chocolate Pumpkin Bundt
Pears, grapes, raisins, and Mozzarella Sticks
